Facilitators - Sue B. Dunlap


Sue Dunlap brings more than 20 years of business experience helping organizations improve the performance of their people. She is a highly effective facilitator, certified in many nationally known training programs and/or has designed and developed sales, sales management, customer service team building, and coaching programs. Sue is especially experienced in the high-tech, manufacturing and financial services industry sectors and has been involved in global implementations.

Sue’s career experiences includes: Director of Training and Development Services for HumanR, Inc.; Senior Sales Consultant for Huthwaite, Inc., the creators of SPIN Selling; and National Account Manager for International Learning Systems. She was also the Human Resource Manager for The Ohio Bank, General Manager and Director of Sales for the Greater Toledo Office of Tourism.

Most recently, Sue has been instrumental in bringing about change within companies by taking an active role working directly one-on-one with the management. Sue also provides consulting services in performance management, project management, instructional design, facilitation and coaching. She earned a B.S. degree in Education from Ashland University and is completing an Executive M.A. degree in Organizational Development at Bowling Green State University.
