Gary began his career as a coach and trainer while serving in as a Lieutenant in the Royal Naval on Buccaneer Jets. After emigrating to the USA Gary joined Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and spent the next 14 years in sales and sales management before being asked to be the Director of Sales Training for Pfizer Canada, and subsequently Director of Sales Training and Development for Pfizer North America Animal Health based in Kansas City. Recognized on multiple occasions for leading teams to top performance he takes great pride in developing people and helping them reach their personal and business goals.

Gary founded Dynamic Adult Learning in 1996 to help individuals and organizations reach desired levels of business and personal success by teaching them how to focus on performance, personal accountability, innovative thinking and creative problem solving.

Since graduating from Britannia Royal Naval College in Dartmouth England, Gary has maintained a commitment to self-development by completing a degree in Business, magna cum laude, at Bellarmine College in Louisville Kentucky, and most recently graduating from the Mini MBA program at the University of Kansas.
